On-line Design Competition System

| NHPC, Inc. has a concept for a new type on on-line design competition. The competitions can be almost anything including race cars to cake decoration. The system encourages creativity and education but has a head-to-head competition element and a reward system that ultimately leads to a best design/performer who becomes know to the on-line community and beyond.
